You have reached this page because you have purchased the Home Study Course Certification Exam and are ready to take the test.
You will need your ID number which was in the subject line of your email confirmation. You cannot receive Continuing Education credit if you do not enter the ID number when you take the test.
If you have purchased the test by mail and wish to take the test online, please look at the registration page of the printed test you received in the mail. Your ID number is on that page.
Please fill in all of the information requested on your test page. That will be used to print your Certificate of Completion.
