We provide CEs/CEUs (and the certificates) to many places both large and small, such as Alzheimer's Foundation, Massachusetts Brain injury Association, Epilepsy Foundation of MA/RI, Massachusetts Public Health Association, Jewish Federation, HMO's, small and large practices and others. It is less expensive and eliminates paperwork for your place of practice, since we are national providers. This is a very popular program. We have named it Continuing Education Credit Provider Program (CECP).

You determine, collect and keep all attendance fees. Or you do not have to charge attendees at all. By offering CE credit from us, you will naturally attract more attendees. This has also proven very valuable for in-service training, Grand Rounds, outreach programs, etc.

Our service is for individuals and organizations across the board, from hospitals, to residential facilities, non-profit foundations and clinics. On a smaller scale, joint practices can work with us, too.

The reason that most practitioners or organizations do not attempt to offer continuing education credit to attendees is because of the thousands of dollars in costs, the enormous amount of time, staffing and the paperwork involved.

For example, when we attained our American Psychological Association (APA), National Continuing Education Sponsor Approval renewal (we have been approved since 1993), we needed to submit 116 pages of documentation. For our Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) National Accreditation, 97 pages. Now, you can take advantage of our efforts. We save you all the work and money.

Our services for all above CECP programs include the following:

       1. We review your program's content and objectives.

        2.  We issue Certificates of Attendance and continuing education credit.

        3.  We review the evaluations and send them to you for your review.

        4.  We securely maintain records, as required, so you won't have to.

        5.  We provide CE (CEU) credit for the following professions:

• Psychologists: We are nationally approved by the American Psychological Association (APA).
• Social Workers: We are nationally approved by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB provider #1117).
• Licensed Mental Health Counselors: We are nationally approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC provider #5596).
• Substance Abuse Counselors: We are nationally approved by the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC provider #174).
• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors: LADC (I-III): We are nationally approved by the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC provider #174).
• Nurses: Our programs meet the CE requirement for Massachusetts nurses as specified by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing - 244 CMR 5.04.
• Certified Counselors: We are nationally approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC provider #5596).
• Marriage & Family Therapists: Application for program approval will be submitted on an individual basis to the Massachusetts Association For Marriage & Family Therapy for approval in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are charged an application fee of $35 for the first state approval and $15 for the second state. We pass on just those actual fees to you.
• Nursing Home Administrators: CES has been awarded Deemed Status to offer Continuing Education credit to Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrators.
  

All We Need From You:

• Program Title.
• Speaker's C.V. and bio of any length.
• The content of the talk, which can be in a single paragraph or outline form of any length.
• Objectives. We would like to see objectives corresponding to the content of your talk. For example,  in an eating disorder talk you could list three or four objectives such as:

       
At the conclusion of the presentation, attendees should
be better able to:

        "Describe the difference between anorexia nervosa and 
        binge eating disorder."

• A bibliography of three to six items (books, articles from any appropriate source).
• The date and hour(s) of your program.

We can also help you contact potential attendees.

• We have developed a database of over 350,000 names and addresses of licensed professionals. We adhere to a privacy policy where we do not share our attendees' names outside our organization. The advantage to you is that these names are available to you for our CECP programs.
• We have an e-newsletter in which we will announce your program.
• We will also display your information on our website to promote your program, if you desire.

Your cost:

It costs you nothing to have us review your program.

When your program is approved and you choose to have us provide continuing education credit, there is a one-time fee of $100.
You can then choose the professionals for whom you would like us to provide Continuing Education Certificates of Attendance. There is a $50 fee for each profession you choose. That covers all of the attendees in that profession:

• Social Workers (ASWB)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselors (NBCC)

• National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC)

The above fees cover our services and issuing CE credit for up to 50 attendees. There is a $4 fee for CE Certificates for each attendee in excess of 50, and $3 in excess of 100.

If you repeat your program, the $100 approval fee is eliminated, and the fee per profession is reduced from $50 to $15.
